Return & Refund Policy
At Mei Lee Productions, every item is created especially for you. Because our products are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than mass-produced retail—but we are committed to making sure you receive something you love.
Made-to-Order Products
All Mei Lee Productions items are produced on a print-on-demand basis. This means each product is printed, manufactured, and shipped only after an order is placed. Because of this:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse
• We do not accept returns for incorrect orders placed by the customer
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a printing error, defect, or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund—your choice.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and issue a replacement if the carrier confirms a loss.
Incorrect Address or Refused Packages
If an order is returned due to:
• Incorrect address entered at checkout
• Failure to collect the package
• Refusal of delivery
The customer is responsible for reshipping costs or replacement fees.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
