Every order is thoughtfully prepared through our made-to-order production process. Rather than mass-producing inventory, each item is created after your order is placed, helping reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring every product is made specifically for you.
Production Time
Most orders require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
Production times may be slightly longer during holidays, major sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are generally:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping (when available): Delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
International Orders
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing but typically range from 7–21 business days after production.
Please note that these estimates do not include production time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information whenever tracking is available.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages at different times.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and the products included in your order.
We also offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $35 USD or more shipped within the United States.
International Shipping
We currently ship to many countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected at checkout.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped after being returned.
